We are open for 1-on-1 personal training sessions. Although we are following strict guidelines to keep our clients safe, we are also offering virtual personal training sessions for our clients who prefer to do at-home workouts.

Feel Good Fitness is a private, upscale personal training studio located in downtown Delray Beach, Florida. We offer 1-on-1 Personal Training and Small Group Training programs. 

At Feel Good Fitness, our goal is to help you move better, increase strength and flexibility, improve body composition, develop balance and coordination—so you can feel GOOD while performing activities of daily living or during athletic performance. Since we believe traditional strength training machines restrict natural movement patterns, our studio is well-equipped with the best functional training equipment, including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, sandbags, suspension trainers, resistance bands, medicine balls, BOSU® balls and more.

Our approach to fitness is comprehensive so we offer programs to meet the needs of everyone in our community.
