To the surprise of many, I did not grow up as an athlete. I wouldn’t have even considered myself to be an “active” kid. As the child of a single mother, extra curricular activities were never a priority. But at the age of 24, I found myself living in San Diego, where EVERYONE was active. So when in Rome, right? I joined an outdoor bootcamp and started running, next thing I knew I was running half marathons every weekend and several full marathons a year. I eventually dabbled in every adventure sport I could, from sea kayaking around Catalina Island, sailing retired America Cup boats, 72-hour adventure racing across Baja Calif., surfing in Del Mar, open water swimming in La Jolla Cove, summiting 14’ers, alpine mountaineering and rock climbing in Joshua Tree to bike packing across Death Valley and the Mojave.

Often I’d convince my non-active friends to join me in these adventures. In the process, I had discovered my passion for helping other people find fun ways to incorporate exercise into their daily lives. In 2009, I left California and my job in advertising to attend Florida Atlantic University, where I earned a B.S.E. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion.

I’ve spent the last 10 years working as a personal trainer, as well as triathlon, cycling and running coach. My passion is helping clients move more, get stronger and feel GOOD, while having fun in the process.


Nicole, originally from Michigan, developed a passion for fitness as a child which grew into a career as an adult. At an early age, she began competing in swimming, diving and dance. Once an adult, Nicole continued being active by running marathons. The long training hours required in each of these sports showed Nicole that with hard work and dedication anything is possible. Over the past 17 years, Nicole has gained an extensive amount of experience as a fitness professional by personal training, teaching group fitness, and now as a professor of Health and Human Performance at Keiser University. Nicole has worked with all ages and fitness levels including children, athletes, corporate professionals, mothers, seniors to those who suffer from health conditions and disabilities.

Michelle is a wife, mother of two and a certified personal trainer. Originally from Toronto, Canada, her early years were spent competing in gymnastics, which instilled a passion for sports and fitness in her that she has carried throughout her life. Michelle started her first personal training business while living in California, which she continued even after her family relocated to Virginia. Now that her family has settled in Delray Beach, and her children are grown, Michelle has found a place at Feel Good Fitness where she can continue to share her passion for fitness and help clients realize their wellness potential.

coach dude

Coach Dude is an important member of the Feel Good Fitness team. As our lead motivator, it’s his job to help our client’s keep a smile on their face while they are working out. He is also responsible for greeting every client as they come through the door.

When Dude is not hard at work in the gym, he can be found napping on the couch or chasing rabbits in the yard. He is also quite the adventurer and has been known to standup paddle board, mountain bike and go for ocean swims.

Feel Good Fitness is located in downtown Delray Beach, on George Bush Blvd., just west of the Intracoastal Waterway. Our location allows us to serve the surrounding communities of Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Golf, Gulf Stream, Highland Beach, Lake Ida and Ocean Ridge.

Feel Good Fitness is a boutique personal training studio that is small enough to feel like your own private gym, but large enough to accommodate 1-on-1 training as well as small group personal training sessions with up to 5 clients at a time. Our studio is always clean and well maintained. We are equipped with the highest quality functional training tools necessary to help clients of all ages and backgrounds improve their health and fitness. 

During a cooler winter months, clients will enjoy training “al fresco” in our tree-shaded outdoor space.

We also have a separate meeting space for new client consultations, body composition analysis, nutrition counseling and lifestyle coaching that is comfortable and welcoming.
